However, product colours, packaging, bottle appearance, and visual presentation may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, production batches, or design updates.

Product availability is subject to current stock levels.
Limited releases, bundles, promotions, or special collections may sell out without prior notice.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Lacomus reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Payment failure, suspected fraud, or suspicious transaction activity.
Stock unavailability or inventory discrepancy.
Duplicate orders, system errors, or pricing mistakes.
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, Lacomus will process the appropriate refund based on the applicable refund method and timeline.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on lacomusph.com are shown in Philippine Peso unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Lacomus accepts the payment methods made available at checkout. These may include online payment methods, digital wallets, bank-based payment options, and Cash on Delivery where eligible.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Orders may be held or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.
Promotions, discounts, vouchers, or store credits must be used according to their stated conditions.

In the event of a pricing error, system error, or incorrect product listing, Lacomus reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or revise the affected order where necessary.

Cash on Delivery

Lacomus may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within selected locations in the Philippines.

COD availability is subject to courier coverage, order value, address verification, operational review, and risk assessment.

COD orders may require additional verification before processing.
Clients must provide a reachable phone number and complete delivery address.
The exact amount should be prepared upon delivery.
Refused COD orders may be recorded and reviewed by Lacomus.
Repeated failed COD attempts may result in COD privileges being restricted or removed.

Lacomus reserves the right to decline COD for incomplete, suspicious, high-risk, unverifiable, or previously failed orders.

Article VII

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our official Shipping Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and reachable delivery information. Lacomus is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer details.

Orders are processed according to our stated processing timeline.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity and destination.
Tracking details are sent once the order has been dispatched.
Courier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, address issues, or operational disruptions.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery movement and final delivery schedule are managed by the courier partner.

Article VIII

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy.

By purchasing from Lacomus, you acknowledge that fragrances are personal-care products and may be subject to strict return conditions for hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons.

Return requests must be submitted within the stated return window.
Items must meet the eligibility requirements under our Return & Refund Policy.
Opened, used, sprayed, altered, damaged, or tampered products may not be eligible for return.
Approved refunds are processed according to the applicable payment method and timeline.

Lacomus reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet our stated conditions.

Article IX

Promotions, Discounts, and Offers

Lacomus may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers, bundles, limited-time offers, or exclusive campaigns from time to time.

All promotions are subject to their stated mechanics, availability, validity period, and limitations.

Promotions may not always be combined with other discounts unless clearly stated.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional items may be limited in quantity.
Lacomus may correct, modify, suspend, or cancel promotions in case of system error or abuse.

Lacomus reserves the right to refuse the use of promotions where misuse, fraud, or policy abuse is suspected.

Account Information and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity made under your account.

Lacomus shall not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer or unauthorised access caused by the customer’s failure to protect account credentials.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, or exploit any part of our website, branding, product content, or creative assets without prior written permission from Lacomus.

Unauthorised use of Lacomus intellectual property may result in legal action.

Article XIII

Third-Party Services

Lacomus may use third-party platforms, payment processors, logistics partners, analytics tools, applications, or service providers to operate the website and fulfil customer orders.

These third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, and processing timelines. Lacomus is not responsible for interruptions, failures, delays, or limitations caused by third-party systems outside our direct control.
