Shipping Policy
Prepared With Care, Delivered With Grace
Effective April 2026
At Lacomus, every parcel is prepared with the same care as the fragrance it carries. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, dispatched, tracked, and delivered within the Philippines.
Article I
Complimentary Shipping
Lacomus offers free shipping for eligible orders delivered within the Philippines. No separate shipping fee shall be charged at checkout for standard local delivery.
This complimentary shipping arrangement applies to standard courier delivery only and does not cover special delivery requests, redelivery fees caused by failed delivery attempts, or address changes requested after dispatch.
Shipping is our courtesy to you. We ask only that all delivery details provided at checkout are complete, accurate, and reachable by our courier partner.
Article II
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within three (3) business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to payment verification, stock availability, and the completeness of delivery information.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, sale events, or peak campaign periods may require additional processing time. Should this occur, our team will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
Article III
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, depending on your location, courier capacity, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not absolute guarantees. Courier delays may occur due to weather, address validation issues, failed delivery attempts, or operational disruptions outside Lacomus' direct control.
Article IV
Courier Partner
Lacomus currently ships orders through J&T Express, our courier partner for standard local delivery within the Philippines.
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery movement, route assignment, rider availability, and final delivery schedule are managed by J&T Express.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking reference and tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
You may use this tracking link to monitor the movement and delivery status of your parcel through the courier's tracking system.
- Tracking details are sent after the order has been dispatched.
- The tracking link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Courier tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
- If your tracking status has not updated for several days, you may contact our Client Relations team for assistance.
Please ensure your email address and contact number are correct before placing your order. Incorrect details may prevent successful delivery updates and courier contact.
Article VI
Cash on Delivery
Lacomus offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within select locations in the Philippines. COD availability is subject to courier coverage, delivery area limitations, and order verification.
- COD is available for eligible orders up to β±5,000 in total value.
- Please prepare the exact amount upon delivery, as couriers may not always carry change.
- COD orders refused at the point of delivery may be flagged.
- Repeated refusal or failed COD delivery may result in future COD privileges being revoked.
- COD availability may vary depending on your location and courier partner limitations.
- COD orders may require one (1) additional business day for verification and processing.
To protect both our clients and our operations, Lacomus reserves the right to decline COD for orders that appear incomplete, unverifiable, suspicious, or high-risk.
Article VII
Delivery Attempts
The courier may contact you through the phone number provided at checkout before or during delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
- Clients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Clients must ensure that the recipient is reachable during the delivery period.
- Failed delivery attempts caused by unreachable contact details may result in return to sender.
- Additional fees caused by failed delivery, incorrect address, or requested redelivery may be charged to the client.
If your address, contact number, or recipient name must be corrected, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
Article VIII
Damaged or Lost in Transit
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, Lacomus will work to resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
Please report any damage or confirmed delivery issue within 48 hours of receipt or expected delivery date and provide the following:
- A photograph of the damaged parcel and its contents as received.
- A photograph of the outer packaging and shipping label.
- Your order number and tracking reference.
- A brief description of the issue encountered.
Upon investigation, Lacomus may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate. Claims submitted beyond 48 hours of receipt or expected delivery date may not be honoured.
Lacomus packages all fragrances with protective materials to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Please keep all packaging until your concern has been reviewed.
Article IX
Delays and Force Majeure
While Lacomus makes every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframes, certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays. These include but are not limited to:
- Typhoons, flooding, or other severe weather events affecting delivery routes.
- National or local government-imposed restrictions on movement or commerce.
- Public holidays, long weekends, and peak holiday season volume surges.
- Courier operational disruptions, strikes, system outages, or capacity limitations.
- Remote, restricted, or hard-to-reach area limitations beyond standard courier coverage.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable shipping information provided at checkout.
In the event of a significant delay, our team will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the contact information provided at checkout. We appreciate your understanding during extraordinary circumstances.
Article X
International Shipping
At present, Lacomus ships exclusively within the Philippines. We are actively working to extend our reach to international clients and will announce the availability of international shipping through our official channels.
Clients outside the Philippines who wish to place an order are welcome to contact our Client Relations team directly to discuss available options on a case-by-case basis.
Article XI
Policy Amendments
Lacomus reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the shipment, delivery, and tracking of the order.
Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the current version of this policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
